The Customer has the right to cancel the ordered services in writing or by telephone, followed by a written confirmation 28 days prior to the arrival. The contractor is entitled to charge for the cancellation or late cancellation of the ordered services the following cancellation fees: 28-21 days: 20% of the accommodation price, 21-14 days: 40% of the accommodation price, 14 - 7 days: 75% 7 - 0 days: 100% of the accommodation. By confirming the order, the client (customer) accepts cancellation fees and other business terms and conditions.
